| Про пропажу коней и других маунтов:
Aeria support, i got a problem. (ДАТА ПОКУПКИ) I bought (НАЗВАНИЕ МАУНТА ) in the item mall. Then I dressed it to the character (НИК ПЕРСА) and log off. But (ДАТА ПРОПАЖИ) i enter in game and found that my( НАЗВАНИЕ МАУНТА) disappeared.;(
Can i get my mount back? Wait your answer.

другими словами нужно описать
1. полное имя пропавшей вещи (пишем там название )
2. когда ты этот товар получил и откуда (аук, обмен и тд.)
3. где получил?
4. когда ты в последний раз его видел
5. где он у тебя находился
6. на каком персе он лежал - имя перса
